We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager to independently manage our company's accounting operations and lead the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations.
- Handle accounting and GST compliance for multiple GSTINs.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.
- Oversee stock accounting, inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
- Manage accounts receivable, payable and payment follow-ups.
- Handle GST returns, TDS, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank, vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements and monthly closing reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Take complete responsibility for the accounts department,



including team management and work allocation.

Requirements
- Strong experience in Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple GSTINs.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting procedures.
- Experience in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Robust working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to independently manage and lead an accounts team.
- Positive analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 5+ years in accounting, including team-handling experience. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
