Position: Senior Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai | Work from Office (Mon–Sat)

Experience: 5+ Years

Industry: D2C / FMCG / Beauty / E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting, book finalization, P&L;, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
- Handle marketplace accounting and reconciliations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, and quick-commerce platforms.
- Manage GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, and audits.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and profitability reports.
- Manage payroll compliance, inventory valuation, COGS, and cost accounting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors,



and external consultants.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Hands-on experience in D2C/e-commerce marketplace accounting preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, skincare, beauty, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, Zoho Books, and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and team management skills.
- Experience with ₹20 crore+ revenue businesses preferred.
