About the Role

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to manage financial operations, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, banking, audits, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & General Ledger

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), vendor payments, and client invoicing.
- Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and inventory reconciliations.

2. Financial Reporting & Closure

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Prepare P&L; statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and Budget vs. Actual variance analyses.

3. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Handle GST returns, TDS/TCS returns, and Income Tax computations.
- Perform GST ITC reconciliations with GSTR-2B.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.

4. Banking & Cash Flow

- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Monitor cash flow and support working capital management.

5. Audits & Internal Controls

- Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and GST audits.
- Prepare audit documentation and schedules.
- Maintain internal financial controls and SOPs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com/M.Com; CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA Finance preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Advanced knowledge of Tally ERP 9, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems.
- Solid MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet financial reporting and tax filing deadlines.
