Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior 3D & Visual Content Designer who can lead the visual content function while being hands-on with 3D animation, graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creating visual content for industrial, automotive, heavy machinery, or product-based brands and the ability to lead and manage a creative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the design, video and 3D creative team.
- Create and supervise 3D product animations, realistic renders and machine visualizations.
- Work with existing CAD/3D models to create product animations and technical visuals.
- Create and edit short and long form product videos, reels, promotional videos and event content.
- Develop motion graphics, product explainers and technical animations.
- Oversee graphic design for social media, campaigns, websites, presentations and exhibitions.




- Translate technical product features into engaging visual content.
- Manage creative timelines, quality and output across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on creative concepts and campaigns.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in 3D Animation & Product Visualization.
- Proficiency in Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya / 3ds Max / Rhino / SolidWorks or similar.
- Robust knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience working with CAD/3D product models.
- Strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, rendering and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience leading or managing a creative team.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on creative leader who can manage a team, set the visual direction, review creative output, and personally execute high-quality 3D, video and graphic design work. Portfolio is mandatory.
