Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses based on their educational background, interests, and career goals. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling, admissions, and maintaining good relationships with students and parents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Explain available courses, including AI, Data Analytics, Python, Full Stack Development, and other computer-related courses.
- Counsel students and parents about course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing proper guidance and follow-ups.
- Maintain student enquiry records and admission details.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly.




- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team regarding student progress and course schedules.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

- Any degree is acceptable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to explain courses and convince students.
- Strong counselling and follow-up skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in educational counselling or admission counselling will be an added advantage.
