1. Supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment at all security posts.
2. Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles.
3. Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials and vehicles.
4. Maintain security registers, gate passes and daily incident reports.
5. Monitor CCTV surveillance and take necessary action in case of security violations.
6. Ensure discipline and compliance with company security policies.
7. Coordinate with HR, Administration and other departments regarding security matters.
8. Handle emergency situations, theft prevention and incident investigations.
9. Prepare daily attendance and duty rosters for security personnel.
10. Ensure proper implementation of safety and security procedures.
