Job Summary

Kesoram Rayon Plant is looking for a disciplined, responsible, and experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations at its manufacturing facility in Kuntighat. Candidates with a background in the Indian Army or Indian Air Force will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day security operations within the plant premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Ensure strict implementation of security protocols and access control procedures.
- Lead and supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
- Handle emergency situations, security incidents, and investigate reported cases.
- Maintain security registers, incident reports, and daily records.




- Coordinate with plant administration and other departments to maintain a safe working setting.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in security management.
- Background: Ex-Indian Army / Ex-Indian Air Force personnel preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong discipline, alertness, and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industrial security and emergency response procedures will be an advantage.
