Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of security experience (hospitality, commercial, or institutional setups).
- Preference: Ex-Servicemen (Army / Navy / Air Force / Paramilitary) will be given top preference.
- Work Hours: Readiness to work 12-hour shifts (day/night rotation).
- Languages: Good working command of Malayalam; functional knowledge of Hindi or English is advantageous.
