Role & responsibilities
Operational Responsibility:
- Oversee and optimize operations in the pyro processing section, ensuring effective kiln performance and production quality.
- Responsible for updation and tracking of checklist for preventive maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to thermal efficiency, production, and downtime.
- Troubleshooting operational problems and implementing solutions to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Utilization of TSR as per the target set by the organization.
- Responsible for spares parts planning and control.
- Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance and quality, to achieve production targets.
- Responsible for ensuring high level of safety health and environment practice at the production units and ensuring compliances.
