Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master for LifeScience/Pharma BU.

- Ability to understand current/changing business processes, analyze and participate in defining requirements and documenting BRDs.
- Must be well versed with various agile metrics like burn-down, velocity, CFD, story bump up charts.
- Must understand the agile metrics and should clearly make out inference to connect it to project context and influence management decisions.




- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholder decision making process.
- Robust management of dependencies between team capacity, prioritization, software quality, and committed deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge and certication in Agile methodology and framework
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-functional project teams, including leading Agile Scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms.
- One Scrum Certification is MUST.
- Other Certications in any of the following a plus: PMP, CSM, CSPO, SASM, PSM, CSP, PM, SPC, SA, ITIL, RTE
- Contribution to Whitepapers, Agile Transformation and Agile Assessment (Suitability/Maturity) will be an added advantage.
