Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage scaffold erection, dismantling, and maintenance on high rise building sites.

- Coordinate with site engineers to plan and execute scaffolding requirements for civil construction projects.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, procurement) to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies for shuttering and formwork operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in scaffolding foreman role or related field (building construction, civil construction).

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or relevant specialization from a recognized institution.

- Solid knowledge of scaffolding systems, shuttering techniques, formwork design principles, and safety protocols for high-rise buildings.
