Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM / OpenText Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Vendor Invoice Management, OpenText solutions, and document management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining SAP VIM solutions integrated with SAP ERP / S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.

- Work on OpenText solutions, including document management and invoice processing.

- Configure invoice workflows, approval processes, and exception handling.

- Integrate SAP VIM with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.

- Work on invoice capture, validation, indexing, and automated processing.

- Troubleshoot VIM workflow issues and resolve production support tickets.

- Collaborate with finance, accounts payable, and technical teams.

- Support VIM enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployment.

- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and test cases.





- Ensure smooth end-to-end invoice processing and automation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–8 years of experience in SAP VIM / OpenText implementations or support.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

- Good knowledge of OpenText products such as:
- OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)

- OpenText Extended ECM

- OpenText Content Server

- OpenText Archive Center

- OpenText Documentum (where relevant)

- Experience with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA integration.

- Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), invoice processing, and document management.

- Experience in workflow configuration, invoice automation, and exception handling.

- Understanding of SAP FI/MM integration.

- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and production support.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
