We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM FICO Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and SAP FICO. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing invoice automation processes integrated with SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC/S4HANA.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and design invoice processing solutions.
- Configure and support SAP Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management.
- Perform end-to-end testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
- Integrate VIM with SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and Workflow.
- Configure document types, process types, exception handling, approval workflows, and OCR integration.
- Manage production support activities, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Conduct user training and create process documentation.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2+ years in OpenText VIM.

- Strong knowledge of
- SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting)
- SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting)
- OpenText VIM for SAP Solutions
- SAP Workflow and Business Process Automation
- Invoice Processing and Exception Handling
- OCR Integration (ICC/BCC/Central Capture)
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations and VIM upgrades.
- Knowledge of SAP Archiving and Content Server.
- Exposure to SAP MM integration.
- SAP FICO or OpenText VIM certifications are preferred.
- Experience in global support and AMS projects.
