We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with robust hands-on experience in payroll configuration, implementation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Strong expertise in Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Functions and Operations.
- Experience in Payroll Control Center (PCC).
- Configure and maintain payroll processing, retroactive accounting and off-cycle payroll.
- Experience in Employee Central (EC)



to ECP integration and replication monitoring.
- Knowledge of Payroll Time Management integration, Benefits, Deductions, Loans and Reimbursements.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues related to schemas, rules, infotypes and master data replication.
- Knowledge of statutory payroll compliance.

Mandatory Skills: SAP SuccessFactors ECP, Employee Central Payroll, Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Payroll Control Center, EC-ECP Integration, Payroll Configuration.

Preferred Candidates:
