Overview

Huzzle Labs is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA sales consultant to create expert-checked reference answers used to train and test an AI system for S/4HANA implementation work.

You will read realistic project documents, such as workshop transcripts, BRDs, functional specifications, slide decks and e-mails, and identify every business requirement they contain. For each one, you will record a short statement, the exact supporting text with page numbers, and the document's own requirement ID where it has one.

The role draws on expertise in SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, credit management, billing, rebates, and fit-to-standard workshops.

This is an expert judgement role focused on careful reading, exact extraction and consistent documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify requirements: Read client documents and pinpoint every sales requirement, covering order entry and EDI orders, pricing and conditions, credit management, deliveries, billing and rebates.
2. Separate requirements from look-alikes: Leave out pain points, open questions, assumptions, decisions and items marked out of scope.
3. Extract verbatim evidence: Copy every snippet that states or supports the requirement exactly as written, with its page number. No paraphrasing or trimming. Snippets are checked automatically against the source.
4. Consolidate: Where one requirement is mentioned in several places, record it once, with all its supporting snippets. Catch unnumbered requirements hidden in notes and business-rule sections.
5. Capture document IDs:



Record the document's own requirement ID where it has one (for example, "BR-OTC-05").
6. Apply guidelines consistently: Follow the annotation guidelines, flag ambiguous cases and help refine the criteria.
7. Deliver in batches: Work through the document set in agreed batches.

Example Assignment

1. For a client BRD covering an Order-to-Cash redesign, you would:
2. Read the document and mark each statement that expresses a business need, such as a credit block rule or a rebate settlement cycle.
3. Merge repeated mentions, such as a pricing rule described in both the requirements table and a later note, into one requirement.
4. Write a short statement of the requirement and record the BRD's own ID.
5. Copy every supporting snippet verbatim and record its page number.
6. Flag any unclear wording for the project team instead of guessing.

Ideal Qualifications

1. At least 3 years as an SAP functional consultant in SD; S/4HANA implementation experience preferred.
2. Working knowledge of O2C: sales orders, pricing, credit management, delivery, billing and rebates.
3. Experience writing or reviewing functional specifications and BRDs.
4. Fluent written English.
5. Careful and detail-oriented: verbatim copying, accurate page references and one entry per requirement.
6. Available for ongoing work across the full document set.
7. Nice to have: FSCM Credit Management, Settlement Management (condition contracts) or EDI/IDoc experience; annotation or QA experience.
