Trijotech is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation, transformation, rollout and support projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing SAP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling client stakeholders and ensuring successful project execution also have deep knowledge in Financial Accounting(having background in CA, CS, M.Com, B.Com would be preferable)

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Project Planning & Execution

- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout and support projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Prepare project plans, resource allocation plans and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify project risks, dependencies and issues, and implement mitigation plans.

1. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct project review meetings, steering committee meetings and status calls.
- Understand client requirements and ensure alignment between business expectations and project deliverables.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Team & Resource Management

- Lead and coordinate SAP functional and technical consultants.
- Allocate resources based on project requirements and availability.




- Monitor team productivity, utilization and performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including HR, Sales, Operations and Delivery.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across project teams.

1. Project Governance & Reporting

- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Track project budgets, costs, resource utilization and profitability.
- Monitor project KPIs, SLAs and delivery performance.
- Ensure project documentation, approvals and change requests are maintained.
- Follow project management methodologies and quality standards.

1. SAP Delivery Management

- Manage SAP projects across modules and technologies, including:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP FICO, MM, SD
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- SAP BPC and Group Reporting
- SAP BTP, CPI and ABAP
- SAP Datasphere and Business Intelligence
- Coordinate functional and technical teams during requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and hypercare.
- Ensure successful UAT, go-live and post-implementation support.
