Key Responsibilities

1. Identify requirements: Read client documents and pinpoint every procurement requirement, covering purchase orders, invoice verification and 3-way match, invoice blocking and tolerances, approval workflows and delegation, supplier master data, supplier onboarding and bank detail controls.

2. Separate requirements from look-alikes: Leave out pain points, open questions, assumptions, decisions and items marked out of scope.

3. Extract verbatim evidence: Copy every snippet that states or supports the requirement exactly as written, with its page number. No paraphrasing or trimming. Snippets are checked automatically against the source.

4. Consolidate: Where one requirement is mentioned in several places, record it once, with all its supporting snippets. Apply later corrections, such as a value changed further down an e-mail thread.

5. Capture document IDs: Record the document's own requirement ID where it has one (for example, "BR-P2P-04").

6. Apply guidelines consistently: Follow the annotation guidelines, flag ambiguous cases and help refine the criteria.

7. Deliver in batches: Complete a first batch within about two weeks, then continue through the full document set.

Example Assignment For a transcript of a Source-to-Pay fit-to-standard workshop,



you would:

1. Read the transcript and mark each statement that expresses a business need, such as an invoice routing rule or a tolerance limit.

2. Merge repeated mentions, such as invoice routing discussed by three speakers at different points, into one requirement.

3. Write a short statement of the requirement.

4. Copy every supporting snippet verbatim and record its page number.

5. Flag any unclear wording for the project team instead of guessing.

Ideal Qualifications

1. At least 3 years as an SAP functional consultant in MM / Procurement; S/4HANA implementation experience preferred.

2. Working knowledge of P2P: purchasing, invoice verification, approval workflows, supplier master data and supplier onboarding.

3. Experience running or attending requirements workshops and writing or reviewing functional specifications and BRDs.

4. Fluent written English; German is a plus.

5. Careful and detail-oriented: verbatim copying, accurate page references and one entry per requirement.

6. Available within about 2 weeks for a first batch, then ongoing for the full set.

7. Nice to have: SAP Ariba or SAP Business Network experience; annotation or QA experience.
