We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules and at least one end-to-end SAP HR implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules: OM, PA, TM and Payroll.
- Handle HR business processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP HR configurations.
- Participate in functional testing, UAT, issue resolution and user support.
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and support of SAP HR solutions.
Mandatory Skills:
- 3-4 years of relevant SAP HCM experience.
- At least one end-to-end SAP HR implementation is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP HCM OM, PA, TM and Payroll.
- Good understanding of HR processes and functional configuration.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
- Experience in SAP HCM support and enhancement projects.
