Role: Technical Consultant - ERP

Experience: 4 - 10 Years

Location: Taramani, Chennai

What We're Looking For:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR/Payroll ECC 6.0 EHP8.
- Mandatory experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Hands-on experience in all four modules: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), TM (Time Management) and BC (Benefits Configuration).
- Experience in any one or more of the following payroll domains: US / UK / EMEA Payroll .
- Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, implementation, testing and production support.
- Experience in payroll tax processing, tax configuration and financial postings.
- Exposure to Rsite,



BSI TaxFactory or other payroll tax engines is an added advantage.
- Positive understanding of SAP HR/Payroll integrations and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:

- Analyze business requirements and implement SAP HR/Payroll solutions.
- Configure and support SAP HR modules and payroll processes.
- Handle payroll-related issues, testing and production support.
- Manage payroll tax updates and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.
- Support system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvements.
