Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Accountant with a robust understanding of financial accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. The candidate should have hands-on experience using SAP FICO for day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day accounting activities using SAP FICO.
- Handle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Record and process journal entries, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and asset capitalization.
- Handle payment processing, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and account schedules.




- Ensure accurate posting of financial transactions in SAP.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing financial data and documentation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions and ledger balances.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoice processing, payments, and financial reporting.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Practical experience in GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
- Experience in journal entries, ledger reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
- Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
