Job Title: Senior Manager - SAP CO (Controlling) - SAP HANA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for SAP CO (Controlling) with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA. The Senior Manager will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the SAP Controlling module within our SAP S/4 HANA environment. This role requires both technical and functional expertise in SAP CO, along with solid leadership abilities to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP CO (Controlling) Implementation & Optimization:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
- Drive system enhancements and process optimizations in SAP CO in the context of SAP S/4 HANA, aligning them with business requirements.
- Work closely with business users and other SAP functional teams (e.g., FI, MM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across modules.

- Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end SAP CO module projects including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live support.
- Oversee SAP CO HANA transformation and migration projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in budget.
- Manage and mentor a team of functional consultants and business analysts.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of SAP CO professionals.
- Provide guidance on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system functionality.

- System Maintenance & Support:
- Ensure the continued smooth operation of the SAP CO module by providing technical support and troubleshooting.




- Oversee regular system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for SAP HANA.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity and consistency across financial and controlling modules.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance SAP CO processes and tools for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP innovations, particularly SAP S/4 HANA and best practices in CO and finance modules.

Qualifications:

- Experience:
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience with SAP CO, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementation, migration, or optimization in a Controlling context.
- Proven track record in managing SAP CO projects, end-to-end implementations, or system enhancements.

- Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP CO configuration (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis).
- Experience with SAP FICO integration (FI, MM, SD, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA features and capabilities related to CO.
- Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certifications, PMP) are a plus.

Additional Skills/Desirable:

- Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, and FI).
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work effectively with business users and senior leadership.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other reporting tools is a plus.
