We are hiring an SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Administrator with robust experience in platform administration, upgrades, security, monitoring, and production support.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, patch, and upgrade SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform.
- Administer BI platform services and reporting components.
- Manage users, groups, folders, application security, and authentication.
- Monitor platform health, server metrics, logs, capacity, and recurring job failures.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and tune platform services.
- Manage backup, restore, disaster recovery, high availability, and clustering.
- Perform lifecycle and content migration using Promotion Management/LCM.
- Support incident, problem, and change management.
- Maintain operational documentation and production support processes.
