We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Cloud Developer with Generative AI (GenAI) expertise to design and develop next-generation intelligent SAP applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, and OData services, along with practical exposure to integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered workflows into SAP applications.

The role involves building AI-native, cloud-ready SAP solutions that combine SAP business processes with modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop SAP applications using ABAP Cloud.
- Develop RAP-based applications, CDS Views, and OData services.
- Follow SAP Clean Core principles and cloud development standards.
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI services with SAP applications.
- Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Build AI-powered agents and intelligent workflows integrated with SAP business processes.
- Integrate SAP BTP services and external REST APIs.




- Implement prompt engineering, context management, and AI response validation.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
- Experience with CDS Views and OData services.
- Knowledge of ABAP Objects and modern ABAP development.
- Experience integrating LLMs or Generative AI services into applications.
- Understanding of RAG architecture and embeddings.
- Strong software development and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- SAP BTP and SAP AI Core.
- SAP Generative AI Hub.
- LangChain / LangGraph.
- Vector databases and semantic search.
- Python and REST API integration.
- Agentic AI and AI orchestration.

Experience & Education

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- 15 years of full time education is mandatory.
- Practical SAP ABAP Cloud development experience is expected.
