A Real Estate Salesperson is responsible for selling residential and commercial properties such as , houses, plots, shops, and offices to customers.

Main Job Responsibilities

- Find recent customers who are interested in buying or selling property.

- Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.

- Explain property details, prices, and facilities to customers.

- Show customers flats, houses, plots, and other properties.

- Arrange property visits and meetings.

- Negotiate prices between buyers and sellers.

- Help customers with booking and documentation.

- Follow up with customers until the deal is completed.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills Required

- Good communication skills.

- Customer handling skills.

- Confidence and convincing power.

- Basic computer and mobile knowledge.

- Negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of the local property market.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
