Role Description This temporary, on-site Salesperson role is based in Coimbatore and focuses on promoting Riyadh Talent’s recruitment and executive search services to prospective and existing clients. The Salesperson will engage with organizations to understand their hiring needs, present appropriate service offerings, and build long-term relationships that support client workforce goals.

Daily activities include prospecting, conducting meetings and calls, preparing proposals, following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, and coordinating with internal recruitment and account teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves tracking market trends, reporting sales performance, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools while representing the firm in a professional, customer-centric manner.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Proven sales, business development, or account management experience, preferably within recruitment,



HR services, or professional services.
- Ability to understand and articulate service offerings such as executive search, professional recruitment, and project-based staffing in clear, value-driven terms.
- Comfort with pipeline management, lead follow-up, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools to meet or exceed targets.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prospects and client interactions effectively.
- Team-oriented working style, with the ability to coordinate closely with internal recruiters and leadership to align client expectations and delivery.
- Knowledge of regional business practices and interest in talent, workforce trends, or HR consulting is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in English; additional local language skills are beneficial.
