We're Hiring: Salesforce QA Order Management Specialist

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

- 3+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Order Management (SOM) testing
- Location: Offshore Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad Work Domain: Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Salesforce Order Management (SOM)

Role Overview: We are looking for experienced Salesforce QA professionals with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Order Management (SOM) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. Candidates should have robust experience in end-to-end Salesforce testing, order lifecycle management, API and integration testing.

Mandatory Skills:

- 3+ years of Salesforce testing experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Order Management (SOM) testing.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C).
- Order lifecycle management, order orchestration and fulfillment.
- Testing experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Order Management and CPQ / Revenue Cloud.




- API testing and integration testing (REST / SOAP).
- Functional, regression, SIT and UAT testing.
- Strong SQL and data validation skills.
- Agile / Scrum delivery experience.

Good to Have:

- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Salesforce Billing.
- SAP / MuleSoft integration testing.
- Automation tools: Provar, Selenium, AccelQ, Copado Robotic Testing or Tosca.
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, Xray or HP ALM.
- Salesforce CPQ / Order Management certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test end-to-end order capture, validation, fulfillment, amendments, cancellations and returns.
- Validate quote-to-order conversion and order status transitions.
- Test Salesforce integrations with ERP, billing and fulfillment platforms.
- Validate CPQ product configuration, pricing, discounting and approval workflows.
- Prepare and execute test plans, scenarios, test cases and test data.
- Manage defects, support root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams.
