Salesforce Automation Test Engineer (FTE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Automation Test Engineer with experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud testing, automation testing, and API testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing of Salesforce applications.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), Selenium, Provar, or Playwright.
- Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, triggers, custom objects, and Lightning components.
- Perform API testing using REST and SOAP services.
- Develop automation scripts using Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Integrate automated test scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Track and report defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers,



Salesforce administrators, and business teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills:

- 3-8 years of experience in QA / Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud testing.
- Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), Selenium, Provar, or Playwright.
- Robust knowledge of API Testing (REST/SOAP).
- Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Understanding of TestNG, POM framework, and CI/CD tools.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.

Good to Have:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Experience Cloud certification.
- Experience in testing other Salesforce Clouds.
