Our frontline - trainers, membership and PT sales, front desk, gym managers and inside-sales teams - is the product, and we are building a training academy that runs like Urban Company's or a Taj hotel's.

Not for soft-skill lecturers or trainers who have never sold. You must have closed yourself.

What you do

- Turn gym sales staff and inside-sales advisors into closers: walk-in pitch, objection handling, PT upsell, high-ticket programme calls (50k-1.5L).
- Daily floor and call role-plays,



call/visit audits, scripts that win, weekly coaching of the bottom 20%.
- Induction for every recent sales hire; certify before they go live.
- Your incentive is tied to the conversion of the teams you train.

Who fits

- 4-9 years: first a top performer in B2C sales (edtech, insurance, real estate, gym memberships, retail, telecom), then 2+ years training sales teams.
- Can sell live in front of a batch - in Hindi and English.
- Not for corporate or B2B sales trainers.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full-time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 7-10 LPA fixed + up to 2 LPA incentive on team conversion.
