We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Telecaller Executive who can generate business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses to introduce RS Top Coder's software development services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, existing databases, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain company services, including website development, mobile app development, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and custom software solutions.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain consistent communication.
- Schedule meetings and arrange appointments between potential clients and the sales/business development team.
- Handle incoming inquiries and respond professionally to client questions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meeting schedules in the CRM/ERP system.
- Prepare daily calling reports and maintain lead status updates.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, B2B sales, lead generation,



or business development.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills and good conversational English.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and client follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital solutions is preferred.
- Ability to identify customer requirements and generate qualified business leads.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, CRM software, and calling tools.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Professional attitude, confidence, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in IT companies, software development agencies, digital marketing agencies, or B2B service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of website development, mobile applications, ERP, CRM, and other software solutions.
- Experience handling international or domestic business clients.

Performance Expectations
- Complete assigned daily outbound calling targets.
- Generate qualified business leads consistently.
- Schedule quality meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM/ERP records.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Contribute towards the company's overall sales and business development goals.

Working Days & Timings
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Reporting Time: 9:45 AM

Salary Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be offered based on qualified lead generation, scheduled meetings, and business conversions.
