We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Manager to lead our team of 68 Sales Executives / Patient Coordinators at Allure Medspa & Vardaan Nursing Home Pvt. Ltd.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete patient sales funnel, improving lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-treatment conversion rates, developing team capabilities and driving revenue growth from current and existing patients.

This is a team management and business performance role, not an individual telecalling or lead generation position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

- Monitor incoming leads from digital marketing and other sources.
- Ensure timely lead allocation, response and systematic follow-ups.
- Monitor consultation bookings and treatment conversion.
- Identify lead leakage, conversion gaps and missed opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead quality and campaign performance.

2. Sales Team Management

- Manage, supervise and motivate a team of 6–8 sales executives.
- Set individual and team targets and monitor daily performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and training.
- Improve team communication, patient handling and objection management.
- Develop sales scripts, WhatsApp templates and follow-up strategies.

3. CRM & Performance Monitoring

- Ensure effective utilisation of Zoho CRM.
- Monitor lead status, follow-up schedules and team activity dashboards.
- Track conversion ratios, consultation bookings and revenue.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and sales process discipline.

4. Existing Patient Database & Revenue Growth

- Drive patient reactivation and repeat bookings.




- Develop referral and patient engagement initiatives.
- Identify ethical cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Improve revenue generation from existing and past patients.
- Coordinate with marketing and clinical teams for patient engagement campaigns.

5. Process Improvement & Coordination

- Establish structured sales processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, marketing and operations teams.
- Improve the overall patient enquiry-to-treatment journey.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective measures.

Candidate Profile

- 4-6 years of overall sales experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of team management experience.
- Experience managing a team of 5-10 sales/customer relationship executives.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel management, lead conversion and revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software; Zoho CRM preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, cosmetic surgery, aesthetic clinics, wellness or premium services preferred.

Important Role Clarification This position requires a strong sales leader who can manage people, processes, targets and revenue performance. The candidate should have prior experience in leading a sales team and improving conversion ratios, rather than only handling individual customer calls or enquiries.

All patient interactions must follow ethical communication practices, patient confidentiality and clinical recommendations.
