About the Role:

ATHHLETICAA is looking for a driven, customer-focused, and proactive Full-Time Sales and Support Executive. In this role, you will be the primary touchpoint for our customers—managing pre-sales inquiries, handling incoming orders, guiding users through product features (wearable tech & smart gear), and resolving post-purchase customer support requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inside Sales & Lead Conversion:

- Handle inbound product inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, website chat, and social media DMs.
- Explain product features, use cases, and technical specifications of ATHHLETICAA devices/gear to prospective buyers.
- Follow up on warm leads, abandoned carts, and inquiries to drive order conversions.

2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

- Assist customers with order tracking, shipping updates, returns, replacements, and warranty queries.
- Provide basic setup guidance and troubleshooting for smart bands/wearable devices.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and brand-aligned tone across all customer communications.

3. Order Coordination & Operations:





- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners to track dispatched parcels and resolve transit delays (NDR/RTO management).
- Maintain clean daily logs of inquiries, customer feedback, and resolved complaints in Google Sheets or CRM tools.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Telesales, Inside Sales, or E-commerce/D2C Operations. (Confident freshers with excellent communication are welcome to apply).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English (Marathi is a strong advantage).
- Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn consumer electronics/wearable tech specs and comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Calm, patient, and solutions-oriented when handling customer complaints or objections.
