Choice Group is looking for enthusiastic, target-driven and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our Real Estate Sales Team. If you enjoy interacting with people, building relationships and achieving targets, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for real estate projects.
- Connect with prospective buyers through calls, references and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities and payment plans.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.




- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills & Requirements
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in real estate sales and marketing.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi will be an advantage.
- Graduate preferred; freshers with confidence and enthusiasm are welcome.
