Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans (PL), and Business Loans (BL) across the assigned territory.

- Generate business through DSAs, DSTs, connectors, builders, property dealers, and open-market sourcing.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, channel partners, builders, and customers.





- Identify recent business opportunities through market mapping and competitor analysis.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing.

- Monitor sales performance, business pipelines, productivity, and conversion ratios.

- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales teams according to the designation.

- Ensure quality sourcing and compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Candidate Profile
- Graduation is mandatory.

- 3–20+ years of relevant experience in NBFCs, banking, housing finance, or financial services.

- Experience in Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or mortgage lending.

- Strong knowledge of DSA, DST, connector, and open-market sourcing channels.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.

- Strong market network, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

- Team-handling and leadership experience required for managerial and regional roles.
