Job Overview

Ampere EV Scooters (SML Motors) is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, customer handling, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for promoting electric scooters, generating leads, converting enquiries into sales, and helping customers choose the right EV scooter based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Ampere electric scooters to prospective customers.
- Attend showroom visitors and understand their requirements.
- Explain scooter features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and benefits of electric vehicles.
- Arrange test rides and follow up with interested customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, customer referrals, calls, and local marketing activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Assist customers throughout the booking and purchase process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, leads,



bookings, and sales.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify local market opportunities and support promotional activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in automobile, two-wheeler, or EV sales is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to explain product features and convert enquiries into sales.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to participate in local field sales and promotional activities.
