Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales growth, develop dealer networks, and strengthen market presence. Candidates with experience in the Steel, Paint, or Manufacturing industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
2. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
3. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
4. Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
5. Generate recent leads and convert potential customers into business partners.
6. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers and distributors.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
8. Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
9. Promote company products and implement sales and marketing strategies.
10. Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in Steel, Paint, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong market knowledge and dealer network development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
