Job Responsibilities

1. Sales Activities

- Generate leads through online and offline channels.
- Identify potential customers interested in buying residential and commercial properties.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Arrange property site visits and explain project features.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Marketing Activities

- Promote real estate projects through digital and traditional marketing.
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create promotional content, advertisements, and property listings.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Conduct promotional events, property exhibitions, and marketing activities.




- Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor competitor projects, market trends, and property prices.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the documentation, finance, and legal teams during the booking process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
