Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Back Office Executive to support the sales team in managing sales data, MIS reporting, market research, database development, and business process coordination. The candidate should have strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and be willing to work on Salesforce CRM.

Key Responsibilities

- - Prepare, maintain, and analyze sales MIS reports, dashboards, and performance data.
- Create, update, and manage customer, prospect, and market databases using MS Excel.
- Conduct internet-based research for market intelligence, customer profiling, competitor analysis, and lead generation.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, sales reports, and business review documents.
- Understand and streamline sales processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in Salesforce CRM and support CRM data management.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments for timely compliance reply, follow-ups, and business information.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Competencies

- - Graduate in Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales back-office operations, MIS, sales coordination, or a similar role.




- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
- Good knowledge of business processes and sales operations.
- Proficiency in internet research, information gathering, and database development.
- Willingness to learn and work on Salesforce CRM.
- Good communication, coordination, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- - Knowledge of Excel PivotTables, lookup functions, charts, and data cleaning.
- Exposure to Salesforce or any other CRM platform.
- Experience in sales forecasting, lead management, and business performance analysis.
