About the Role

HOOC AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, acquire current clients, and build strong relationships in the IT services and software development industry.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and selling technology solutions. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services, software development, AI solutions, and web and mobile application development.
- Research potential clients, target industries, and international markets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other B2B sales channels.
- Connect with decision-makers, understand their business requirements, and pitch relevant technology solutions.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and track leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute directly to company growth.

Requirements
- Experience in IT sales, software development sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Basic understanding of software development services, web and mobile applications, and AI solutions.
- Ability to identify qualified prospects and independently manage the sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, cold emailing, and lead generation techniques is an advantage.
- A target-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and deal closure.

Compensation & Benefits
