Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and generate leads from builders, contractors, developers, dealers and construction material suppliers.
- Field Sales & Product Promotion: Conduct regular market visits to promote paver blocks, kerb stones and other precast concrete products.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and contractors to drive repeat business.
- Sales & Order Management: Prepare quotations, negotiate orders, achieve sales targets and coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor pricing, market demand and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion: Support digital and offline marketing activities through social media, product demonstrations and promotional campaigns.
- Sales Reporting:



Maintain customer databases, track leads, follow up on enquiries and submit periodic sales performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience in field sales, business development or building-material marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the construction, real estate and building-materials market.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel locally for client visits.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Experience: Sales or marketing experience in paver blocks, tiles, cement, construction materials or related industries. Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
