Role & Responsibilities

- Handle customer Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure accurate order processing.
- Verify product details, quantities, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, QC, Stores, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor pending orders and dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Prepare and maintain customer-wise pending PO reports, order tracking sheets, and sales MIS.
- Communicate order status, production updates, and dispatch commitments to customers.
- Coordinate preparation of invoices, packing lists, COA, and other dispatch-related documents.
- Handle customer queries related to order status, dispatch, and delivery.
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices in coordination with Accounts.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders, amendments, and dispatch details.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in B.Sc., B.Com, B.Pharm, MBA (Marketing),



or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and sales documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and manage customer orders efficiently.
