We are looking for an energetic and experienced Land Sales Manager to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle land and plot sales activities.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Meet potential clients and explain property details.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage and guide the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and close deals.
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate / Land Sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers and close sales.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence prefer
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
