- Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, references, leads and field sales.
- Meet potential customers and explain residential rooftop solar systems and their benefits.
- Provide detailed information about PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and government subsidies.
- Explain solar system pricing, financing options, EMI plans and installation procedures.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers and regularly follow up on pending proposals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the telecalling, technical, installation and operations teams.
- Conduct site visits and understand customers’ electricity requirements.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records and follow-up updates.
- Ensure a professional customer experience from the first meeting to order confirmation.
- Monitor competitors’ pricing and market activities to identify new business opportunities.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM software.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field visits.
- Previous experience in solar sales or field sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
