Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our interior design team. The candidate will be responsible for showcasing model houses to potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable interior design solutions and converting leads into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist walk-in customers by providing guided tours of model houses and explaining design concepts, features and advantages.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions.
3. Maintain a professional and engaging presentation to enhance customer experience.
4. Generate and follow up on leads from walk-ins, customer inquiries, referrals and marketing campaigns.
5. Maintain a lead tracker and ensure timely communication with potential clients.
6. Build strong customer relationships to improve trust and drive business conversions.
7. Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
8. Collect customer feedback, preferences and market insights and share them with management.
9.



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Requirements

- Graduation in any discipline. Interior Design or Marketing background preferred.
- 13 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, Hospitality or Retail will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.
