We are looking for a freelance Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our real estate projects through field marketing, direct customer interaction, promotional campaigns, lead generation, site visits, and sales activities.The candidate should be comfortable with field work and travelling, interacting with prospective customers, conducting marketing campaigns, arranging site visits, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market real estate projects through field activities and direct customer engagement.
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, property promotions, roadshows, events, and local-area campaigns.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, corporate contacts, local networking, and promotional activities.
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers to understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details including location, pricing, amenities, specifications, approvals, and investment perks.
- Coordinate and accompany customers for project/site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure proper movement through the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and referral sources.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve site visit and booking targets.
- Collect market feedback and identify potential customer segments and new areas for lead generation.
- Participate in exhibitions, property events, promotional drives,



and other offline campaigns.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads generated, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, site visit, and sales targets.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and frequent travel.
- Should have the confidence to approach and interact with new customers.
- Valuable negotiation, follow-up, and convincing skills.
- Ability to independently conduct field marketing activities and generate leads.
- Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Freelance Experience – Added Advantage

- Previous freelance marketing experience is preferred.
- A strong personal network for generating real estate leads will be an advantage.
- Experience in independently generating enquiries and site visits is preferred.
