- About the Role:

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and relationship-driven professional to join our team for a landmark ultra-luxury residential project. We are looking for individuals who can understand the nuances of high-end client interactions and can seamlessly engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs).

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for HNI/UHNI clients, providing personalised service throughout the buying journey.

Present the project and its value proposition with elegance, discretion, and professionalism.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective investors in the luxury ecosystem.

Liaise effectively with premium channel partners to ensure consistent lead flow and brand representation.

Ensure the highest standards of client experience and follow-ups, both pre- and post-sale.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, CRM) to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Key Requirements:

Strong personal presentation, grooming, and etiquette.

Experience in luxury segments (residential) will be an added advantage.





Ability to build and nurture strong professional networks, especially with channel partners.

Min. Bachelors degree in any field; additional certifications in sales, communication, or luxury marketing are a plus.
