Job Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly two-wheeler sales targets as per dealership objectives.
2. Manage and lead the sales team, including Sales Executives.
3. Drive retail, booking, billing and vehicle delivery targets.
4. Generate current business through walk-in customers, referrals, corporate sales and local marketing activities.
5. Monitor daily sales performance and ensure proper follow-up of prospective customers.
6. Ensure effective lead management through CRM and timely follow-ups.
7. Coordinate with Finance and Insurance teams to improve vehicle financing and insurance penetration.
8. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
9. Conduct daily team meetings and review individual sales performance.
10. Monitor competitor activities, market trends and dealership performance.
11. Coordinate with Suzuki Area Sales Managers for business growth and promotional activities.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management.

- Knowledge of automobile retail sales.
- Good understanding of finance, insurance and exchange processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM.

Job Responsibilities

1. Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
2. Explain Suzuki two-wheeler models, features, specifications and pricing.
3. Generate leads through references, field visits, telecalling and local marketing.
4. Follow up with customers for bookings and vehicle purchases.
5. Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
6. Explain vehicle finance, insurance, exchange and other available offers.
7. Coordinate with the dealership team for smooth vehicle delivery.
8. Maintain daily customer records and update leads in CRM.
9. Ensure excellent customer experience before and after vehicle delivery.
10. Participate in promotional activities, camps and local sales campaigns.

Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer handling and negotiation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Two-wheeler riding licence preferred.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
