Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment by developing sourcing channels, managing sales operations, and achieving business targets in the Prime segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate LAP business through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for end-to-end loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in LAP, Home Loan, or Mortgage Sales.
- Robust network of DSAs and connectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on business growth and results.
