Position: Sales Manager & Senior Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle residential real estate sales and generate potential leads.
- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable high-rise residential projects.
- Manage site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with clients regularly and convert leads into successful bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in residential property sales will be given preference.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.




- Solid client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
