Must have relevant experience in the real estate and construction industry, particularly in apartment sales.
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales objectives.
Identify potential customers, generate leads and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Handle client meetings, property presentations, negotiations and deal closures.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and existing clients.
Monitor sales performance, lead conversions and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and improve sales opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure a skilled customer experience throughout the sales process.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
