Role purpose

Own MSME/SME direct sales and the RM channel across all regions. Build channel partners, rebuild direct sales volumes through them, and deliver committed monthly and annual numbers.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and manage all regional sales teams; set targets, review performance and fix gaps.

2. Drive the planned business from the RM channel through regular engagement with partner banks and lenders.

3. Build and scale channel partners (DSAs, connectors, referral partners) to rebuild direct sales volumes.

4. Commercialise and build SMERF (SME Receivable Finance), our bespoke customer financing program, with clear product, pricing and target segments.

5. Scale dealer finance and customer finance for MSME, SME and mid-market clients.

6. Enforce daily pipeline discipline: every lead and case logged in Jarvis/MIS daily, with stage-wise visibility.

7. Track sales effort and productivity (visits, logins, conversions) and collection effort against plan.

8. Run daily,



weekly and monthly reviews on pipeline, disbursement and collections; flag slippage early.

9. Work with Credit, Ops and Product to cut TAT and fix login and sanction bottlenecks.

10. Hire, coach and exit team members as needed; own incentive alignment with the policy.

11. Deliver committed monthly and annual numbers with full pipeline transparency.

Candidate profile

- 10-12 years in MSME/SME direct sales at a bank or NBFC, with MSME/SME or mid-market client focus.

- Has run multi-region teams and delivered numbers.

- Has built channel or DSA partnerships.

- Preferred: has originated business independently across markets.

- Exposure to dealer finance, receivable finance or supply chain finance is a plus.

- Data-driven, comfortable with MIS and CRM tools, robust on follow-through.

- Graduate required; MBA preferred.
